P3 Locating Affordable Housing in Orange County. P3X2

Use these to focus this weekend's investigation.
Attached are two resources that consist of Excel files containing tables and embedded maps.  The first is the expiring properties I mentioned.  The maps have ShimID’s attached to the property; you can go from the general location map to the tables and find the property with associated information including address.

I am sending another set of maps for Orange County that provides more map detail.  These are maps of AHI property “clusters”.  Clusters are AHI properties within 800 meters of each other with a total minimum unit count of 350, however, most if not all of the clusters have >500 total units.  There is a map of Orange Co and southern Seminole that shows the clusters and their general location and then a more detailed map of each cluster.
