    This specific location had previously sparked my interest due to its great location. I had been misinformed and thought that the new houses to the west of the mid rises were also affordable housing, i spoke to one of the residents and that is not the case.
    Unfortunately this site only allows elderly tenants. Its proximity to downtown and its variety of jobs (including low wage jobs) would make this an ideal location for a better demographic mix.
    The development has great transit connectivity and access to a variety of amenities and essential services, families with kids would benefit from good schools zoned for this area.
