What is the difference between rental and owned properties vs city owned properties.  Strategic plots have been requisitioned for expansion into the neighborhood.  This clashing of Public and Privately owned properties begin to create and develop boundaries.  The building uses also modify over time to further accentuate this division.  Homes and small business find themselves adjacent to corporate owned complex's and government facilities.

    2. What really defines an employed person and an unemployed person?  Is there not freedom associated with the employed person, to pursue their wants needs and desires, since they happen to have the disposable income that allows them these privileges.  Or are they merely slaves to these desires, and the chains are debt.  Working your life away in a debtors prison to buy back your desires?, perhaps so it could also be seen as buying back your time.
    3. People sitting around during the day? no job? retired? day off?  They have a story to tell.
    4. What about those that fall outside the system, the unemployed.  Are they now free of the slavery of debt? Can they pursue their wants needs and desires.  Its possible depending on what is the basis of the value system.
    5. Breathing City
